Earned some late evening APs

I'm too tired to post my tracker.  Let's just say it involved Nilla Wafers....

Went to the chiropractor and then walking this evening after dinner.  Walked 2 miles.  

Here's a dish I made tonight to use through out the week:  Quinoa and Black Bean Salad

I also made some Tomato Basil Quiche which is a family favorite.  I always made two so I can freeze one.  Only 5 pts per serving.  

I'm trying to get back to cooking/preparing meals one day a week to make the week easier to stay OP and eat in  (NOT OUT!!).  :)
