I was sitting around on my lap top after putting the kids down and feeling lazy but had all the excuses in the world not to exercise. I looked at my treadmill and tried to ignore it. I've had this nagging headache for the last few days and I kept falling back on that as an excuse to not work out. Then I looked at the treadmill again. It was like the beating heart in Poe's The Tell-Tale Heart. The treadmill got bigger and bigger and I finally gave in. "All right!" I wiped the dust off it and started it up. I grabbed my book and hopped on. I put it on an inclined and began my workout. I have to say, I've always seen women at the gym reading while on the treadmill. To me, that seemed like it would make you sick. I easily get car sick and can rarely read while in motion. But I thought I'd give this a try. It worked. I was able to read and didn't get sick at all. Not only that but I was in a full sweat and 3/4 a way through the chapter in my book when I realized I had already been on the treadmill 20 mins. Time flew by.
Fischer got my camera and took a pic of me. Then I grabbed it and took a pic of my book.

Glad I did it. Now I don't feel so lazy.

Hi Jen!
You don't know me and it is crazy how I found you:) I googled "ww points tracker for blogger". I got you on page 2 I think. First of all, congrats on your weight loss and keeping it off. I lost my "I got married" weight with WW back in 02. I have battled since having my 2 boys. I have been wanting to start back because I know it works, but not wanting to count points...I think that I am going to do it though. I was trying to find a tracker that I could put on my blog. Maybe I will just use your idea of listing it. Anyway, congrats on the baby coming. I heart Boone! I went to school in Greensboro and taught there too. We would make road trips all the time to Boone and my sis went to ASU. It is fab!
