So I had weigh in yeseterday and I was releived to find out I was only up 1.6lbs. Seriously folks, I thought it was at least 3 lbs. Phew!
I had a good, OP day yesterday and plan to do the same today. I'll report back with my tracker...

That's awesome Jen! Seriously - this IS the hardest part - the last 5 pounds... the last pound!
You should go to the "Y" and have them set you up on weights (it's free) - it TOTALLY makes a difference. And if you want a kick-butt workout, on Tuesdays there is a class called TOTAL BODY and it will WIPE you out. It kicked my butt last week.
