Smoothie= 2 pts (1/2 banana, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries)
Lunch:
1 cup Turkey Chili= 5pts
1 cup green beans= 0 pts
1 cup canned whole potatoes= 2pts
Snack:
non fat, no whip Mocha= 3pts
Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Breast= 3 pts
1/2 green beans= 0 pts
1/2 sauteed zucchini= 0 pts
Dessert:
2 servings diet soda cake w/ ff cool whip= 4 pts
Total: 22 pts (Daily Target)
